Butter Mint Vanilla Ice Cream

I have finally bought a Ice Cream Machine! I am so excited.I have been testing out new recipes and using Samy and our friends as offical taste testers!! The first was a basic Creme Brule Vanilla Bean, then I moved on to a Guinesss Beer Ice Cream. It taste like a grown up RootBeer Float!! Since our Garden is overflowing with Mint right now I also experimented with a Vanilla Butter Mint. I will post the recipes soon.Here are some pics.
